Key Leadership Role in Hospitality and Real Estate Management

This is a leadership position that oversees the management, enhancement, and optimization of performance and value of hospitality and commercial real estate portfolio. The role involves making strategic decisions to drive business growth and improve profitability.

  • Hospitality Asset Performance
  • Monitor financial and operational performance of all hotel and restaurant assets and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze RevPAR, GOP, ADR, occupancy, and EBITDA trends and optimize ROI through data-driven insights
  • Benchmark with industry data and STR reports to ensure competitiveness
  • Commercial Property Management
  • Manage leasing, tenant relationships, and yield enhancement at commercial developments and land banks
  • Oversee CAM, tenant compliance, facilities, and lifecycle maintenance to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop monetization strategies through leasing, joint ventures, or selective exits
  • Land Development and Acquisitions
  • Drive development of land banks in key markets and evaluate feasibility of new projects
  • Evaluate design concepts and financial models for hotels, resorts, and mixed-use developments
  • Ensure timely execution and statutory approvals
  • Operator Engagement and Relationship Management
  • Negotiate management agreements and commercial terms with hotel brands and operators
  • Govern operator relationships to ensure compliance with business objectives
  • Reporting and Strategic Input
  • Maintain dashboards and board presentations on asset performance and provide strategic input to management
  • Support in preparing investment strategy papers and deal structuring

Key Qualifications:

  • Financial and analytical rigour with strategic outlook
  • Ability to handle negotiations, feasibility analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and execution coordination ability
  • Willingness to travel across South India
