Senior Hospitality Public Relations Professional

We seek a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Hospitality Public Relations Associate. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to leverage expertise in hospitality public relations and effectively communicate with media and target audiences.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Drafting press materials tailored to hospitality clients, including press releases, property listing notes, pitch documents, event calendars, guest chef profiles, and media FAQs.
  • Building and maintaining targeted media lists specific to travel, lifestyle, F&B, and hospitality publications.
  • Assisting with hospitality-centric events, including hotel launches, food festivals, staycations, tasting menus, and experiential press previews.
  • Compiling detailed monthly reports, including coverage summaries, cost-benefit analysis, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Conducting relevant secondary research for new hospitality ventures, tourism trends, concept pitches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintaining timely and professional client interactions and sharing MoMs within 24 hours.
  • Tracking key hospitality awards, editorial calendars, and influencer collaborations to align with client objectives.
  • Curatorily assembling visually appealing media kits, property dossiers, and F&B brochures for events and client meetings.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in PR, ideally with clients in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with hospitality media, influencers, and digital travel trends.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and collaborate as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, online press release distribution, and content tools.
  • Passion for hospitality, storytelling, and brand positioning in a competitive space.
