Job Description

As a key member of our operations team, we are seeking an exceptional Facility Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day management of our facilities. This role is perfect for an organized and proactive individual with experience in facility administration.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. A strong problem-solving attitude and attention to detail are essential qualities for this position.

  • Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, vendor coordination, and asset schedules.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure the optimal functioning of MEP services.
  • Handle administrative tasks including inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Support centre teams in delivering an exceptional member experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in facility management/administration, preferably in coworking or hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and people management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond quickly to operational needs.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with MEP, housekeeping, and vendor management will be an added advantage.
