Senior Operations Officer - D2C Beauty

Role Overview:

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Senior Operations Officer, overseeing strategic initiatives and driving business growth within the beauty tech or retail space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that enhance efficiency and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Support & Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, setting goals and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Project Management: Oversee cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to drive business growth.
  • Communication & Alignment: Serve as a communication conduit between executives, departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Market & Product Strategy: Conduct market research to inform product positioning and competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in consulting, start-ups, D2C, FMCG, or beauty/personal care.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
