Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist
Location: Bangalore
About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical professional to evaluate daily sales calls, ensuring high communication standards and enhancing customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess performance on tone and voice modulation, objection handling, product knowledge, company introduction, sales pitch effectiveness, and compliance with scripts and legal guidelines.
- Maintain detailed evaluation reports and scorecards for each sales call.
- Provide constructive feedback and improvement recommendations to telecallers and team leaders.
- Identify recurring gaps or issues in sales conversations and suggest targeted training or process improvements.
- Collaborate with training and sales managers to develop quality benchmarks and coaching initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in sales call auditing, telecalling, or sales training is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to provide objective, actionable feedback for performance improvement.
- Familiarity with CRM and call monitoring tools is a plus.
