Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

This is a dynamic role that involves building and maintaining strong relationships with users, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day communication, scaling active users on the app, and implementing strategies for user upskilling and monetization.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users and manage day-to-day communication.
  • Scale daily active users on the app by leveraging user-generated matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.
  • Implement strategies for user upskilling and monetization to ensure long-term engagement and success.
  • Work closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities:

This role requires exceptional communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and a strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management in any language-speaking audience and strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
