Recruitment Coordinator

  We leverage technology and data-driven solutions to empower farmers and other players in the ecosystem, disrupting traditional agri-commerce processes. Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Coordinator will include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles from frontline staff to core business functions.
  • Driving efficient sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Ensuring accurate updates of candidate data in our ATS system.

  To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be resilient, smart, and ambitious, with a bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field. 0-6 months of recruitment experience is also preferred.
