Key Account Sales Representative

Desh Bhagat University is a reputable private North Indian University with campuses in Punjab. We offer a diverse range of courses in Nursing, Dental, Architecture, Pharmacy, Management, and Engineering.
We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to be part of our team at Desh Bhagat University. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to potential students to provide detailed information about our courses and admission process.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a database of prospective students and regularly follow up to convert leads into admissions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the number of calls made and students enrolled.
- Build and maintain good rapport with potential students through effective communication and persuasion skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing abilities and a persuasive attitude.
- Proficiency in telecalling techniques and sales strategies.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
Education
- Minimum 12th grade completed.
- Assist students in the admission process by guiding them through the necessary documentation and requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest information about our courses, admission deadlines, and scholarship opportunities.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to organize and participate in recruitment events and fairs.
