Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to be part of our team at Desh Bhagat University. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential students to provide detailed information about our courses and admission process.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a database of prospective students and regularly follow up to convert leads into admissions.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the number of calls made and students enrolled.
  • Build and maintain good rapport with potential students through effective communication and persuasion skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing abilities and a persuasive attitude.
  • Proficiency in telecalling techniques and sales strategies.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven.

Education

  • Minimum 12th grade completed.
Additional Requirements
  • Assist students in the admission process by guiding them through the necessary documentation and requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest information about our courses, admission deadlines, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to organize and participate in recruitment events and fairs.
