Lead Product Manager

As a Lead Product Manager for Debit Cards, you will drive growth and maximize revenue through innovative propositions and strategic initiatives. Your goal is to create seamless and customer-friendly experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop product strategies that meet customer needs and maximize profitability.
  • BUILD strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive new use cases and products.
  • LEAD cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

You will be expected to have a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, as well as the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. A strong background in product management, preferably in card product management, is essential for this role.

A minimum of 7-15 years of experience in cards product management, with a leading cards business or consumer bank, is required. A full-time Master's Degree from a Tier 1 B-School, majoring in Finance, Marketing, Management, or Business Administration, is also necessary.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate a long-term vision and negotiate complex topics. Proficiency in SQL, databases (MS Access), and MS Office is also necessary for day-to-day analysis and tracking.
