About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to lead our global security strategy, ensuring the resilience and trustworthiness of our payment infrastructure.

This senior leadership position requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with global regulators, knowledge of AML/KYC/KYT systems, and transaction monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning and driving the enterprise-wide security program for a multi-jurisdiction payments infrastructure.
  • Aligning policies and controls with global standards (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, DORA, NIST, MAS, FCA, RBI).
  • Defining frameworks for customer data protection, fraud monitoring, and secure payment APIs.
  • Driving audit readiness and managing relationships with regulators, banks, and compliance partners across regions.
  • Ensuring adherence to AML/KYC/KYT, PSD2, and local payment regulations in operating geographies.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 8+ years in cybersecurity, with 5+ years in senior leadership within FinTech, payments, or banking.
  • Proven expertise in cross-border payments, card networks, wallets, and banking integrations.
  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CIPP, CCSP or equivalents strongly preferred.
  • Experience engaging with global regulators (FCA, MAS, RBI, EU, US FinCEN, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC/KYT systems, transaction monitoring, and fraud analytics.
