Job Summary:

The Deputy Vice President of Cyber Innovation will lead the Center of Excellence in driving strategic innovation, simulating real-world cybersecurity challenges, and accelerating the development of emerging solutions to future-proof the organization's digital capabilities.

About the Role:

This leadership position requires a strong technical background in cloud computing, networking, and programming languages relevant to cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Cyber Innovation & Simulation, with at least 8-10 years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Define a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with the organization's overall cybersecurity objectives.
  • Enable the design of an innovation lab to ensure state-of-the-art facilities.
  • Establish a framework for research and innovation activities, including infrastructure enablement, operational models, outcome measurement, etc.
  • Drive strategic relationships for implementation and operations of the lab.
  • Manage the lab's resources efficiently, ensuring effective project management practices.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of research initiatives and innovation projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Cyber Innovation & Simulation, with at least 8-10 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong technical background in cloud computing, networking, and programming languages relevant to cybersecurity.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and align innovation efforts with business objectives.
