Lead Trader Acquisition and Community Growth

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our user acquisition and community growth efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving user growth from first contact to active usage.

  • Build presence in trading communities by becoming an active, trusted member of key platforms.
  • Drive user acquisition through personalized outreach and demos.
  • Develop partnerships with trading institutes and educational platforms.
  • Ensure new users understand and actively use the product through personal onboarding.
  • Create community by building and nurturing user groups for knowledge sharing and engagement.

To succeed in this role, you must be:

  • Trading-aware and able to quickly learn trading basics and trader mindset.
  • Community-first and comfortable and active in online communities.
  • Resilient and handle rejection professionally and persistently.
  • Action-oriented and test ideas quickly rather than over-planning.
  • Data-driven and track metrics to make decisions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong understanding of the Indian trading ecosystem.
  • A proven track record in user acquisition with measurable results.
  • Experience building or managing communities (1000+ members).

Preferred skills include:

  • Experience at a broker or trading platform.
  • Existing network within trading communities.
  • Personal trading or investment experience.
