Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Marketing Professional.

  • Drive business growth by expanding the market share of assigned products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to consistently increase prescriber and prescription numbers.
  • Collaborate with key opinion leaders to foster strong relationships and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Provide leadership on therapeutic areas, identifying gaps in existing portfolios and emerging trends.
  • Enhance brand performance through targeted strategies that can be effectively implemented by an energized field force.
  • Maintain a competitive edge through market intelligence, building a network of regular information sources about competitors.
Responsibilities
  1. Market Share Growth: Drive business expansion through strategic initiatives.
  2. Prescriber & Prescription Increase: Develop sustainable plans to boost numbers.
  3. Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Connect: Establish strong relationships with KOLs for mutual benefit.
  4. Therapeutic Leadership: Provide direction on therapeutic areas, identifying opportunities and gaps.
  5. Brand Performance: Enhance brand presence through effective strategies.
  6. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of competition by gathering insights from the market.
Requirements
  • Pharma Marketing Experience: 1 year minimum.
  • Education Qualification: B.Pharma/B.Sc + MBA in Marketing.
  • Skills:
    • Analytical skills.
    • Designing product marketing strategy.
    • Communication Skills (Written and Verbal).
    • Collaborative skills- cross functional excellence, between sales team as well as other support functions.
