Job Brief
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Account Specialist to join our growing digital marketing agency. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns and strategies. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their business goals, and coordinating with creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver high-impact results.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, with strong communication skills and a passion for digital marketing. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client success.
Role & responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and discuss future plans.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients and senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to provide clients with informed advice and solutions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Preferred
- Experience in Social Media, SEO, PPC, Website Development, Performance Marketing, etc
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Account Management.
