Senior Growth Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead our growth and outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing, lead generation, and content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Execution:

    • Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and more.

  2. Marketing Strategy:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand brand visibility.

  3. Lead Generation:

    • Implement targeted email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

  4. Content & Marketing Collateral:

    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce engaging content, product decks, case studies, and videos that support business objectives.

  5. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Monitor key marketing metrics, campaign performance, and CRM data to assess ROI and optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing preferably in the tech, SaaS, or climate/environmental sectors.
  • Required technical skills: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Lighthouse, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic platforms, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach.io, SalesLoft, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid, WordPress, Contentful, Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Zoom, Demio, BigMarker, Hopin, Eventbrite, ABM platforms.
