We are seeking a seasoned executive leader to spearhead our USA IT Staffing business development efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the industry and be adept at defining sales strategies, engaging targets, developing sales pipelines, and delivering revenue goals.
- Work closely with management to define sales strategies and engage key decision-makers to build awareness and identify opportunities.
- Agree upon revenue targets and work towards achieving them, ensuring accountability for sales and margin targets.
- Deliver customized staffing solutions through a consultative sales approach, focusing on exceptional customer service and results-driven outcomes.
- Research, market, and effectively present our services to new clients, leveraging existing relationships and networks to drive growth.
- Penetrate new business through targeted outreach, in-person meetings, and presentations with key client managers and senior executives.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by performing regular outreach, building trust, and consistently following up with key decision-makers.
- Generate new business through proactive communication, including telephone calls, emails, meetings, and presentations, as well as participation in industry networking organizations and events.
- Drive client relationship management and retention efforts to ensure consistent business from new clients.
- Leverage existing business relationships, customer networks, and contacts to open new business opportunities and close deals.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process with minimal supervision, taking ownership of sales performance and driving continuous improvement.
- Identify key customer influencers, decision-makers, and executives, developing strong relationships within each account.
- Listen actively to customer business challenges and deliver tailored solutions, aiming to enhance our market presence and reputation.
- Regularly forecast new business and sales against targets, providing accurate periodic forecasts to management.
- Research and prepare comprehensive business cases, including P&L analysis, for new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal support teams, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
- Act as an intermediary between internal and external teams, advocating for the organization while maintaining confidentiality.
- Conduct regular service reviews, presenting KPIs in a positive light, supported by thorough backup information.
- Partner with internal teams to identify potential IT Services projects, analyzing market opportunities and feasibility.
- Show adaptability working in a dynamic environment and daily/periodic reporting to management for review.
- Foster open communication with clients regarding payment matters.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales, preferably in technology, banking, and financial services sectors within the USA region.
- Proven track record in B2B cold calling, securing accounts, and managing client relationships.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- HISTORY OF EXCEEDING INDIVIDUAL GOALS WHILE WORKING IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including knowledge of ATS platforms.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments with excellent adaptability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
