Senior Education Team Manager

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our educational counselling team.
- Lead and manage a team of dedicated education professionals.
- Drive the team towards achieving sales targets and exceeding monthly quotas.
- Monitor and report team productivity and performance on a daily and weekly basis.
- Foster strong, long-term client relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-up with leads and existing clients.
Key Requirements:
- Proven 5-7 years of experience in leading a counselling/sales team in the education industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and lead by example.
