Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to head our Counselling team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct a team of Education Counsellors.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve monthly quotas.
  • Monitor and report team productivity and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with leads and existing clients.
  • Oversee CRM/database usage for lead tracking and conversion ratios.
  • Conduct weekly reporting on sales goals and performance to senior management.
  • Provide training and mentorship to the team.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop client acquisition strategies.
  • Address client queries efficiently to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Proven 5-7 years of experience in leading a counselling/sales team in the education industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and lead by example.
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and deliver under pressure.
  • Sound knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems.
