Job Title: Education Sales Team Leader

 

The role of a sales team leader in education is to lead and manage a team of education professionals.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of education counsellors
  • Driving the team towards achieving sales targets and monthly quotas
  • Monitoring and reporting team productivity and performance on a daily and weekly basis
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
  • Ensuring timely and accurate follow-up with leads and existing clients
  • Overseeing CRM/database usage to track leads, client interactions, and conversion ratios
  • Conducting weekly reporting of team sales goals and performance to management
  • Providing training and mentorship to the team to enhance productivity
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and developing client acquisition strategies
  • Addressing client queries efficiently to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying updated on industry trends and developments

 

Key requirements for this position include:

  • Proven experience in leading a counselling/sales team in education
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong client handling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire, coach, and lead by example
  • Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and deliver under pressure
