Job Title: Director of Marketing Strategy

We are seeking a visionary and experienced marketing leader to drive our end-to-end marketing function. As Director of Marketing Strategy, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a 360-degree marketing strategy, balancing brand awareness, product promotion, and lead generation.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform campaign planning and product positioning.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global exhibitions and trade shows, overseeing logistics, booth setup, and post-event lead capture.
  • Design and execute digital campaigns across SEO, GEO, SEM, and email, either independently or in collaboration with external partners.
  • Develop and manage content marketing programs, including blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Maintain and enhance our brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manage external vendors to deliver campaigns and build a scalable marketing team.
  • Utilize AI tools for content creation, SEO optimization, campaign testing, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
  • Possess an MBA in Marketing from a reputable institution.
  • Bring 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B markets.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Excel in digital marketing areas, including SEO, GEO, SEM, paid advertising, and content marketing.
  • Have experience managing global events and trade shows.
  • Be skilled in social media marketing, particularly.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
