The CTM Foundation Graduate Program is a 3-year journey that grooms high-potential graduates into future Category Leaders and Business Heads across our portfolio brands.

This fast-track program provides:

  • Functional Immersion in Performance Marketing, Data Analytics, D2C Operations, Marketplace Management, and Key Account Management
  • Team Leadership experience, owning metrics and growth levers
  • Business Leadership roles like Growth Lead, D2C Lead, or Marketplace Head, accountable for scaling a brand vertical

High performers may be accelerated into our flagship CEO-in-the-Making (CTM) Program.

We seek sharp, curious minds passionate about building brands, scaling businesses, and leveraging digital to drive impact.

  • Recent graduates from leading engineering and graduate colleges/universities
  • Degrees in Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Business, or Math/Statistics
  • 0–2 years of experience; preference for exposure to eCommerce/D2C/startups
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership potential
