Performance Marketing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive paid marketing campaigns and optimize customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop, execute, and optimize high-impact performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
    • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), and Lifetime Value (LTV).
    • Create audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to enhance conversion rates.
    • Scale paid campaigns while maintaining profitability and brand positioning.
  • Budget Management & Performance Tracking:
    • Manage ad budget efficiently across platforms to maximize returns.
    • Track key metrics and provide regular performance reports.
    • Adjust campaign strategies based on real-time data insights and market trends.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization:
    • Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
    • Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting.
    • Identify bottlenecks in the conversion funnel and optimise customer journeys.
  • Creative & Ad Optimisation:
    • Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copies, videos, and landing pages.
    • Test different creative, messaging, and ad formats to improve engagement and conversion rates.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in ad creative, competitor strategies, and platform updates.
    Required Qualifications & Skills:
    • Education & Experience:
      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
      • 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in a D2C or E-commerce environment.
      • Proven experience managing large monthly ad budgets across multiple channels for sales objectives.
    • Key Skills:
      • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and Programmatic Advertising.
      • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics
      • Hands-on experience with Excel, Google Sheets
      • Experience in performance-driven creative testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
      • Strong problem-solving abilities with a growth mindset.
      • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
