Accelerate Innovation as a Director of DFT Applications

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our efforts in Design for Test (DFT) applications. As a Director, you will lead and expand a team focused on delivering advanced DFT solutions across India.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Define strategic initiatives to increase market presence and customer success
  • Leverage your expertise in DFT, Synthesis, or related domains to drive business growth and innovation
  • Foster strong partnerships with senior customer stakeholders to drive long-term engagement and satisfaction
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery

Your Impact:

You will be instrumental in championing customer success by delivering best-in-class DFT solutions, accelerating time-to-market for semiconductor leaders. Your leadership will shape the strategic direction of our Hardware, Analytics, and Test business in India, driving growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in DFT, Synthesis, or other front-end digital design technologies
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage complex technical programs
  • Strong project management skills, including risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 15+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Familiarity with Synopsys tools and methodologies
