We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid marketing campaigns with the goal of driving user acquisition, maximizing return on investment (ROI), and scaling our customer base.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in paid media, analytics, and campaign optimization, with a deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and the need for ongoing user retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with expertise in developing and executing performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.">
  • Lead the creation and management of paid campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).">
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.">
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.">
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.">
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.">

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.">
  • Has handled significant performance marketing budgets and demonstrated a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets.">
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta, and other channels).">
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.">
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.">
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.">
