Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Senior Social Media Manager. The Senior Social Media Manager will oversee and execute social media strategies, manage social media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and create engaging content. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies, staying updated with social media trends, and leading a team of social media specialists.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in developing and executing platform-specific Content Strategies (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content, Facebook Groups, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Stay updated with latest trends, algorithms, and platform updates to keep content fresh and effective
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse audience
  • Experience in Public Relations and managing public perception
  • Ability to analyze social media trends and performance metrics
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand voice
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Report performance insights to stakeholders and suggest data-driven improvements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles
  • Experience in digital marketing or social media management is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and influencer collaborations is a plus
