Order Management Specialist

Join Eaton as an Order Management Analyst and take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to changing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Interface with customers, logistics, manufacturing, and sales teams to handle pre-sales and post-sales service functions.
- Provide assistance to sales functions across EMEA and external customers in areas such as order fulfillment processes, customer service requests, and accounts receivable collections.
- Resolve problems by applying established policies, procedures, and tactics.
- Manage and support export business processes from order entry to shipment delivery and invoicing.
- Collaborate with production network and DC teams to ensure high on-time delivery performance and minimize customer stock levels in DC.
- Act as a point of reference for customers on commercial requests, solving complex and high-impact problems.
- Participate in regular operational calls with key customers to sustain and improve order management processes.
- Drive customer loyalty through increased productivity, improved value, and a high-performance culture.
- Graduate in Engineering or equivalent/postgraduate in any stream.
- Fluent English language knowledge.
- German language knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in supply chain, order, and export management.
- Good knowledge of computerized order management processes, SAP, or similar experiences.
- Purchasing exposure in manufacturing or electrical industry or shared service center.
- Strong analytical skills, customer service skills, and ability to take ownership of assignments and customer satisfaction.
- Adapting and driving change and process improvements.
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication, presentation, and listening skills.
