Job DescriptionThe Order Management Team (Centre of Excellence) is seeking a Junior Order Management Specialist to support the management of orders allocated from the Senior order management specialist. Primary tasks will include processing administrative tasks in the Order to Invoice process, working with Global Sales and Order Management functions.
Duties & Responsibilities- Process all types of requests as assigned by senior order management specialists in accordance with Smiths Guidelines.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to manage and resolve issues relating to order fulfillment.
- Manage and input sales orders timely to ensure on-time delivery for a given market.
- Ensure all invoices are created within internal TAT.
- Attend daily, weekly, and monthly internal meetings.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives when required.
- Ensure clean backlog at all times and compliance to audit requirements.
- Set up folders in Share Point/MS Teams for every order and ensure all information is updated timely.
- Ensure system and operation transactions comply with law, regulatory taxation, and corporate policies.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor/management.
We are seeking a candidate with 0-2 years of experience, French Language A2/B1 certification, and a minimum Bachelor's Degree. Knowledge and experience in Order Management, Quote to Cash, and Sales are an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French are required. Good understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience in SAP are also beneficial.
