Project Manager

This role involves leading the delivery of multiple IT projects within defined timelines and budgets. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

The Project Manager will ensure that all projects follow best practices, methodologies, and governance frameworks. This includes managing, mentoring, and guiding a team of developers, testers, and business analysts to achieve the project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  3. Ensure all projects follow best practices, methodologies, and governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are an advantage.
  • Proven track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • In-depth understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage risks, and adapt to change quickly.

Stakeholder Management:

The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors. They will conduct regular project review meetings and share progress updates with stakeholders, while handling escalations promptly to ensure minimal impact on delivery timelines.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

The Project Manager will ensure adherence to quality standards, security policies, and compliance requirements. They will oversee testing and deployment processes to deliver robust and scalable solutions, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

Continuous Improvement:

The Project Manager will evaluate delivery processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency and productivity. They will stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive innovation and improvement in project delivery.
