Senior Architect Project Manager Lead

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced architect looking to take on leadership responsibilities in delivering high-quality projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in architectural project management, with experience leading complex projects from concept to completion.
As a senior architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process, managing teams, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead architectural design processes and ensure seamless execution of design solutions.
- Plan, organize, and direct the work throughout the life of the project to successfully deliver the project.
- Mentor and lead junior team members, contributing to the development of their skills and expertise.
- Proven experience in architectural project management, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of accessibility codes, building codes, and architectural document production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
Requires advanced technical expertise, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture required. A minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience as a licensed architect or equivalent experience.
