Project Lead Architect

We are seeking a skilled architect to lead our project team in the development of luxury estates and residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have expertise in structure coordination, MEP services, detailing drawings, and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage the project cycle from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with consultants and vendors to ensure design intent is intact and that all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare high-quality construction documents for PMCs or site contractors, including detailed drawings and specifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 9 years of experience in architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in software such as Auto-CAD and other relevant tools.
  • Luxury Residential Experience: Experience in luxury residential buildings and hospitality is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
