Job Title: Senior Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing software development projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Architect the project and assign development tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams of developers, QAs, and UI/UX designers.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Work closely with QA teams to address defects and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports.
Requirements:
  • BE/BTech/ME/MTech in CS, IT, Mech, Civil or a related field.
  • PMP,/PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
  • 8+ years total experience, 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
