Job Description:

As a Senior Project Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance management of globally distributed teams of engineers. You will foster strong working relationships with squad leads and their teams to ensure effective project delivery.

Key responsibilities include developing personal development plans with line reports, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting closure where necessary. This may involve creating performance improvement plans for underperformers.

You will also lead and participate in the delivery of quality assurance plans, collaborate with regional squads to ensure maintenance and integrity build complies with regional requirements, and communicate business objectives and strategy plans to direct reports and the wider organization.

Additionally, you will conduct interviews for new personnel and work with people and culture for all hiring-related aspects. Accountability lies in onboarding new personnel and ensuring MIB-specific onboarding is understood and completed.
