Senior Technical Program Manager

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a key role in leading and delivering complex technology projects across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, technical skills, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

You will be responsible for organizing and accelerating the delivery of related technology projects or activities across multiple teams, aligning dependent organizations, and creating mechanisms to effectively report out and control execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and accelerating a group of related technology projects or activities across multiple teams.
  • Identifying and removing blockers and finding the path forward in challenging situations.
  • Creating mechanisms to effectively report out and control execution.
  • Recognizing complexity and creating predictable delivery paths for large and/or complex efforts.
  • Measurably improving, streamlining, and/or eliminating excess processes.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex technology projects, experience managing multi-stakeholder programs in a global organization, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they will possess a deep understanding of the business strategy and design approaches within product, program, or domain, as well as the ability to competently represent teams' services.
