Job Title: Senior Project Lead

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality expectations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-lifecycle projects using Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Plan and manage sprints, backlogs, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
  • Spearhead integration of Generative AI solutions by collaborating with technical teams to plan, monitor, and deliver AI-driven features aligned with business objectives.
  • Foster collaboration among team members through daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings to ensure project transparency.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for work item tracking, sprint planning, repository coordination, and CI/CD pipeline monitoring.
  • Coordinate with DevOps and engineering teams to oversee CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployments and timely releases.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining risk registers and ensuring business continuity.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, Gantt charts, and stakeholder communication decks using Confluence, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and senior stakeholders through proactive communication and reporting.
