Job Title: Senior Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to lead our project team in the execution of industrial equipment erection and commissioning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site teams, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring timely project delivery while adhering to safety and quality standards.

  • Plan, supervise, and execute erection and commissioning activities.
  • Review foundation readiness, alignment, and installation quality.
  • Lead pre-commissioning checks, testing, troubleshooting, and final commissioning.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and fabrication teams for execution support.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in erection and commissioning of industrial equipment, leadership skills, and the ability to manage site teams and contractors. A diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required, along with 5–10 years of experience in similar roles.

Additional requirements include:

  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret GA drawings, P&IDs, and technical documents.
  • Experience in handling large-scale projects and willingness to travel extensively.
