Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex IT and software development projects from initiation to delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria. They will develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and schedules, while conducting thorough requirement analysis in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct requirement analysis and define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Track project progress using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
  • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • IDentify and mitigate project risks and issues through structured risk management techniques.
  • Coordinate with vendors/third-party providers for outsourced or integrated projects.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including BRDs, SOWs, timelines, reports, etc.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 7 years in IT/software development projects.
  • Proven experience in managing web, mobile app, and cloud-based software projects.
  • Solid technical background with understanding of:
    • Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
    • Frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, React, Vue.js
    • Backend technologies: Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, PHP
    • Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle
    • DevOps tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
    • Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (preferred AWS Certified or similar)
    • Testing & QA tools: Selenium, JUnit, Postman, JMeter
    • API integration & management: REST, SOAP, Swagger, Postman
  • Experience in client interfacing, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
  • Expertise in using project management tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, ClickUp.
