We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of Customer Support Associate. As part of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and generating leads.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy working in customer-facing roles and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You will act as a liaison between our team and potential customers, providing valuable information on course details and career opportunities.

Your primary responsibility will be to establish meaningful relationships with prospective students, assess their interest and fit for our courses, and collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads into enrolled students.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in one of our primary languages (English or Telugu). Experience in customer service or pre-sales is highly desirable, but not mandatory.

Requirements:
