Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing: Manage billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing in compliance with E-Invoicing rules.
- Customer Queries: Handle customer inquiries related to GST, e-waybill, and insurance, providing clear and concise solutions.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team during their absence, ensuring seamless customer interactions.
- Customer Coordination: Oversee dispatch schedules, delivery timelines, and updates, maintaining effective communication with customers.
- Sales & Finance: Issue Proforma Invoices, follow up on payments, and handle PDCs, supporting finance with reconciliation.
- Warehouse & Dispatch: Send approved invoices for dispatch, coordinate sample dispatch, and maintain logs.
- CHA & Customs: Liaise with CHA for import/export clearance, sharing required documents, and tracking clearance status.
- Head Office: Request stock, confirm inventory, and handle urgent escalations, ensuring efficient operations.
- Reporting: Maintain sales, payment, and dispatch records, preparing regular performance and inventory reports.
Job Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in gst invoicing and customer support, with a strong background in providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
