The Customer Service Specialist role is perfect for passionate individuals who want to be part of our journey from the ground up.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns through various channels.
You will maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, policies, and processes to provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
Your duties will include troubleshooting customer complaints related to product quality, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
You will also assist customers with placing, tracking, modifying, or canceling orders, ensuring timely delivery.
Actively gathering customer feedback and reporting common issues to improve the customer experience and product offerings is a crucial aspect of this role.
You will work closely with other departments, including logistics, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Documenting customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system and providing regular reports to management on common customer issues and trends is also an essential responsibility.
- Experience in speaking with customers and resolving concerns with a good understanding of the product
- Experience in working with tools like Excel or similar
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a high-growth startup
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment is desirable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent organization skills
