As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong emphasis on building rapport with customers and resolving issues efficiently.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting customers via phone, email, and social media to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Responding to customer complaints and providing detailed information to address their needs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions for future reference.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Providing training and guidance to new team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
