Job Title: Financial Support Associate
A highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Support Associate is needed to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing daily accounting operations, entering financial data accurately in Tally Prime, and preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS). The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally Prime, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate data entry.
- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
- Support the finance team during monthly closings and external/internal audits.
- Manage filing and documentation of all accounting and financial records.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Hands-on experience in preparing BRS.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- Any additional certification in accounting tools/software will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in an accounting or finance support role.
