Description:

We are seeking a meticulous professional to manage financial transactions and ensure accurate records. As a Financial Transaction Associate, you will be responsible for verifying customer payments in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and record customer invoice payments accurately
  • Track transactions across various platforms including Stripe, Paddle, and cryptocurrency systems
  • Monitor disputes, chargebacks, and fraud cases to prevent financial losses
  • Validate cryptocurrency payments using blockchain tools and Ledger
  • Identify discrepancies in financial records and resolve them promptly

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with payment systems and basic understanding of cryptocurrency
  • Able to handle confidential data and maintain data integrity
  • Technical background or experience with digital platforms is an asset

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with SaaS, fintech, or digital products
  • Knowledge of anti-fraud, compliance, or financial risk management practices
