Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Investment Banking professional to join our team as an Associate Vice President (AVP) – Investment Banking. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end transaction management, including due diligence, negotiations, regulatory filings, and closing documentation.

You will execute deals across Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Equity Capital Markets, and Debt Capital Markets. Additionally, you will build and manage investor relationships with venture capitalists, private equity firms, family offices, corporates, and angel networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management: Lead transactions from inception to closure, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.
  • Deal Execution: Execute deals across various asset classes, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, ECM, and DCM.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and deal flow.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industries, sectors, and markets to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Financial Modeling: Possess strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring.
  • Corporate Finance: Expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, IPOs, and debt/equity instruments is essential.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills: Proficiency in using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial models and investor decks.
  • Market Research and Due Diligence: Strong research, analysis, and due diligence skills are required to evaluate opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
