Article Assistant Position

We are seeking an Article Assistant to assist in various corporate functions. As an Article Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the preparation of financial statements, auditing documentation, and compliance reports.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of overseas entities.
  • Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
  • Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changes.

For this role, we require candidates with a degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, or those pursuing IPCC/IPC qualifications. Additionally, proficiency in Excel and familiarity with tools like Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks is highly desirable.
