We're seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Associate to provide top-notch support and ensure seamless interactions with our users.

This role involves being the first point of contact for our users, handling their queries via email, chat, and other channels. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering swift resolutions and assistance.

  • Troubleshooting basic product and account-related issues.
  • Providing guidance on platform navigation, features, and subscription queries.
  • Escalating technical issues to the tech team with clear documentation.
  • Maintaining and updating FAQs, support documentation, and the knowledge base.
  • Tracking, prioritizing, and closing support tickets within defined SLAs.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills (written & verbal), problem-solving ability, and patience in handling queries. Familiarity with Jira for ticket tracking would be an advantage. A Bachelor's degree in any field and 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles are required.
