
Dedicated Customer Advocate Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our international voice support team.
The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries efficiently and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality, and documenting interactions and escalating issues when necessary.
To succeed in this role, you will need prior experience in international voice process, excellent communication skills in English, the ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts), and strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
You will also have opportunities for growth and skill development, as well as a supportive work culture and global exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and email
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions to complex customer problems
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Experience in international voice process
