Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in Furniture Ceramics to drive growth and establish market presence in Hyderabad. This mid-level, full-time position requires a strong blend of sales expertise, product knowledge, and business development acumen.

The ideal candidate should possess 4 to 6 years of experience and have a proven track record in sales with a focus on developing and maintaining relationships with key clients across the ceramics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets within the furniture ceramics market.
  • Establish and nurture longstanding relationships with key industry stakeholders and clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion and development.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for both parties.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales with a focus on developing and maintaining relationships with key clients across the ceramics industry.
  • Excellent product knowledge in furniture ceramics to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Demonstrated ability in business development to identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills for closing deals and optimizing contract terms to benefit both the company and the client.
