About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Specialist to join our team at Beam Suntory. As an EHS Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure working environment, managing relationships with Lessors, and developing and implementing office policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Manage relationships with Lessors across locations
- Develop and implement office policies
- Manage general office upkeep and oversee regional offices
- Assist with office-related projects and establish robust maintenance schedules
- Custodian of office layout and ensure maintenance and repairs of office-related space and systems
- Be an effective partner in audit of facilities and address action items
- Support Environmental health and safety (EHS) of office and inspect and monitor environment, equipment, and processes
Requirements
- Over 5-6 years working in a similar role in facility management
- Bachelor's Degree is a mandate
- Consumer Packaged Goods experience is a plus
- Strong multi-tasking ability, organization, and prioritization skills
- Strong knowledge in MS tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MSPS
