Key Responsibilities:

You will work with HO and regional facility teams, coordinating with regional Admin coordinators to ensure consistency across locations. Your focus will be on services related to Security, Housekeeping, Office maintenance, Upkeep, Pantry services, Parking facility, and more.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
  • Manage relationships with Lessors across locations in cooperation with procurement teams.
  • Develop and implement office policies, setting up procedures and standards to guide the smooth operation of company offices.
  • Oversee general office upkeep and ensure oversight of all regional offices.
  • Assist with office-related projects, including office movements if required – Pan India.
  • Establish robust maintenance schedules across offices. Provide MIS to Admin Lead India. Work on action items identified.
  • Be the custodian of office layout, blueprint handed over from contractors/project management consultants – across locations.
  • Ensure maintenance and repairs of office-related space and its systems.
  • Partner in audit of facilities and address action items originating from there.
  • Develop and standardize office SOPs as we transition into renovated workplaces.
  • Support Environmental health and safety (EHS) of the office, inspecting and monitoring the environment, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with applicable government rules and regulations and industry standards.
  • Regularly inspect Fire extinguishers and fire NOC renewals.

Qualifications:

This role requires over 5-6 years of experience in a similar role in facility management. A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory, and Consumer Packaged Goods experience is a plus. You must have strong multi-tasking ability, organization and prioritization skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge in MS tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MSPS. Ability to coordinate with large numbers of team members and stakeholders.
