Agile Project Lead Job

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Project Lead to spearhead our project initiatives and drive successful outcomes. This role demands strong leadership, deep Agile expertise, and hands-on experience in project management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile adoption, and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles. Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Facilitation: Guide teams through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Agile Adoption: Develop and implement Agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  • Project Planning: Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and ensure continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and key performance indicators.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, sprint velocity, and team performance to inform data-driven decisions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years: Experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Strong Knowledge: Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Excellent Leadership: Communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proven Ability: Manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Technical Background: Familiarity with software development lifecycle is an advantage.
